Rabbi,
You miss, as the Jews did during the time of Jesus, the fact that the Old Testament presents a suffering Messiah and a triumphant Messiah. These two visions are both fulfilled in Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus came the first time to die, He will come again to reign. He is already enthroned in the heavens and promised to come again (and He will). If you continue to hold on to your views, you not only miss eternal life, you actually set the stage for the false Christ who will come and deceive the world. May the Lord God have mercy upon you through His Son the Lord Jesus Christ.
